He is a contributor to several OWASP projects including the code review guide and the Cryptographic Storage Cheat Sheet. He has presented at national and international conferences including DEF CON, SecurityBSides Las Vegas and OWASP Ireland. In addition to his work with OWASP David has created a security resource website and blog which can be found here: http://www.securityninja.co.uk In 2010 the Security Ninja blog was nominated for the best specialty blog at the Irish Blog Awards, the best technology site at the Irish Web Awards and David was nominated for the Irish Internet Associations best business blogger award. David's has also been invited to become one of the first mentors in the Information Security Mentors project and a founding member of the Dublin Security Group.
